Jake Hebbert
Jake Hebbert grew up on a cattle ranch in the Nebraska Sandhills. He worked in the studio of bronze sculptor William Davis for five years. Having learned the craft he went on to create his own bronze sculptures. In 2016, Jake worked at Legacy Effects in Los Angeles creating special effects for movies. In 2018, he was an artist in residence in Japan at Moriumius and in New Zealand at New Zealand Pacific Studio.
Jake earned his BFA at the University of Nebraska at Kearney. He attended study abroad programs in Japan, South Korea and France.
He is currently working on landscape and portraiture oil paintings and is in the process of sculpting a large scale public sculpture.
