Francesca Vivian Hyatt
Francesca Hyatt is a German-American writer, translator and faculty lecturer at CUNY-Queens College. Her work focuses on ecology, migration and belonging. She’s the 2021 winner of the Birdhouse Prize for her chapbook Forestwish, published by Ghostbird Press, and the co-editor of the anthology Eating Alone: Essays & Reflections, 2023. She is the assistant editor at KtB Magazine as well as the co-founder and editor of Clotheslines, a new literary journal and micro-press. She has an MFA in Creative Nonfiction from CUNY-Queens College.
