Erik Campbell
Erik Campbell’s poems and essays have appeared in New Letters, Tin House, Iowa Review, Virginia Quarterly Review, Rattle, Gulf Coast, Prairie Schooner, Massachusetts Review, and other journals. His poetry collections are Arguments for Stillness (Curbstone P 2006) and The Corpse Pose (Red Hen P 2016). His poem, “Faith for My Father, circa 1980,” recently appeared in The Pushcart Prize 2019: Best of the Small Presses. Additionally, Campbell once spent an afternoon in Colombo, Sri Lanka, with Arthur C. Clarke, with whom he later watched some of Clarke’s home movies, awkwardly and in complete silence for over an hour.
